CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the service will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 50% of the service will be automatically charged for all unconfirmed appointments at midnight before the scheduled appointment day. If the payment fails the appointment will be canceled. This charge will be applied to your total at checkout if you arrive for your appointment. If the appointment is missed and you do not show the charge will be held as a no call/no show fee. This policy is to encourage appointment confirmation to lower the possibility of no shows. At Sweetheart Haven, I allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after the grace period, a $15 late fee will be applied to your total. As a courtesy, I send one reminder text after your scheduled appointment time to check on your status. This policy ensures fairness and helps me maintain a smooth schedule for all clients.
